How it all began
Hey there! I’m Cade Jones
If you’re an experienced lifter or athlete, you know if you want to see results you should follow a program.
Most of us assume that any program will do as long as you work hard and stay consistent.
But often, people don’t see results and struggle to understand why.
I’ve been there, too.


Injuries plagued my athletic career
I always felt like injuries were holding me back.
Training harder only seemed to make things worse. My body couldn’t keep up and I needed a better approach. Not just for myself, but for my clients, too.
Eventually I realized that my programs were never right for me. My body just couldn’t keep up, couldn’t recover.
It wasn’t until I changed the way I was training that my injuries finally stopped, my performance went through the roof, and I actually enjoyed training again.
Which is why for the past decade I’ve been on a mission.

A lot of us get stuck wasting time on activities we like to do instead of practicing what we need to get better.
